Abstract:

In this paper, we consider different types of generalized Vector variational-like inequalities and study the relationships between their  olutions . We study the general forms of Stampacchia and Minty type Vector variational inequalities for bifunctions and establish the existence of their solutions in the setting of topological Vector spaces. We extend these Vector variational inequalities for the Clarke’s sub differential of non-differentiable locally Lipschitz functions and prove the existence of their solutions. As applications, we establish some existence results for a solution of the Vector optimization problem by using Stampacchia and Minty type Vector variational inequalities.

Abstract:

In this paper, some properties of  pseudoinvex functions, defined by means of  limiting subdifferential, are discussed. Furthermore, the Minty Vector variational-like inequality,  the Stampacchia Vector variational-like inequality, and the  weak formulations of these two inequalities  defined by means of limiting subdifferential are studied. Moreover, some relationships  between the Vector variational-like inequalities and Vector optimization problems are established.

Abstract:

In this article, we examine a nonsmooth Vector optimization problem with locally Lipschitz approximately convex mappings in terms of the convexificator and provide some ideas for approximate effective solutions. Additionally, we define the relationship between the convexificator-based solutions of Stampacchia type Vector variational inequalities ($VVI$) and the approximate efficient approximation convex function of nonsmooth Vector optimization problems using the locally Lipschitz function. Furthermore, we provide a numerical example to demonstrate the veracity of our findings.

Abstract:

In this paper, the concept of pseudoconvexity and quasiconvexity for continuous -time functions are studied and an equivalence condition for pseudoconvexity is obtained. Moreover, under pseudoconvexity assumptions, some relationships between Minty and Stampacchia Vector variational inequalities and continuous-time programming problems are presented. Finally, some characterizations of the solution sets of a single-valued continuous-time programming problem are obtained.

Abstract:

In this paper we introduce some new conditions of the solutions existence for variational-like inequalities with relaxed n-a pseudomonotone mappings in Banach spaces. The advantage of these new conditions is that they are easier to be verified than those that appear in some of the previous corresponding articles.

Abstract:

Background: This study measured socioeconomic inequalities in different types of disabilities in Iran. We also examined the prevalence of disabilities across different socio-demographic groups in Iran in 2011. Methods: This was cross-sectional study using secondary data analysis on all Iranian. Data related to disability prevalence and socioeconomic status (SES) of each province was extracted from the 2011 National Census of Population and Housing (NCPH) and the 2011 Households Income and Expenditure Survey (HIES), con-ducted by Statistical Center of Iran (SCI). The concentration index and concentration curve were used to measure and illustrate socioeconomic inequalities in different types of disabilities. Chi-squared test was also used to examine the relationship between the socio-demographic variables (age-groups, sex, education level, employment status) and disability. Results: The results suggested the existence of socioeconomic inequalities in blindness, deafness, vocal disor-ders and hand disorders in Iran. The concentration index for these four disabilities were-0. 0527 (95% confi-dence interval [CI]:-0. 0881,-0. 0173),-0. 0451 (CI:-0. 0747,-0. 0156),-0. 0663 (CI:-0. 1043,-0. 0282) and-0. 0545 (CI:-0. 0940,-0. 0151), respectively. There were also significant associations between the demographic variables such as age-groups, sex, education level, employment status and disability (P<0. 05). Conclusion: There were significant socioeconomic inequalities in different types of disabilities in Iran with poorer provinces having higher prevalence of disabilities in blindness, deafness, vocal disorders and hand dis-orders. Strategies to address the higher prevalence of different types of disabilities among poorer provinces should be considered a priority in Iran.

Abstract:

Aims and Background: Nowadays, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) became powerful therapeutic and diagnostic tools. Due to showing minimum immunogenic reaction and their properties, human mAbs are important. The purpose of this study was to construct an immune antibody library from a vaccinated donor against tetanus toxin.Materials and Methods: A whole blood sample was taken from the donor who was vaccinated against tetanus toxoid. PBMC were isolated by using ficol. After RNA extraction, all variation of VH and VL regions by RT-PCR reactions were amplified and linked as a ScFv antibody. The amplicons were inserted in T-Vector and transformed to E. coli DH5α strain, followed by an ELISA test. Plasmids were also extracted and sequenced. Results: cDNA quality was confirmed by using HPRT primers. To confirm PCR, insertion and transformation, gel electrophoresis and restriction enzymes digestion were applied. Positive clones were selected based on growth on LB agar which is the blue/white selection method. After plasmid extraction and DNA sequencing, the sequences were aligned using igBLAST at NCBI. The result was shown to have admissible similarity among antibody gene library nucleotide sequences and the antibody genes were deposited in this database. ELISA confirmed this data too. Conclusion: In this study, the immune human antibody library was constructed and confirmed using DNA sequencing and sequences alignment in NCBI database. ELISA test confirms antibody specifically. The next step is to screen the library to find an antibody specifically for tetanus toxin.

Abstract:

In this paper, we introduce two concepts of weakly relaxed {hg-ag} gÎG pseudomonotone and demipseudomonotone mappings in Banach spaces. Then we obtain some results of the solutions existence for a system of Vector variational-like inequalities with weakly relaxed {hg-ag} gÎG pseudomonotone and demipseudomonotone mappings in reflexive Banach spaces. Finally we show that our results improve and extend some corresponding results of Ref [6].
